This series consists of a record of the individual accounts at the Branch Bank. The individual accounts were the bank accounts of persons and firms. Each account listsentdebit and a credit section, dates on which transactions were made, type of transactions (by check, by extension of notes, or by deposit), the name of the individual or firm, the amount of the transactions, and the total amount of debits and credits. This series also lists a ledger letter and page number in each account, therefore it seems this record can be cross-referenced to other bank records such as the deposit books and scratchers.
